Once I receive the form, I will reach back out to you requesting videos for an initial mobility assessment. Once I receive and review the videos, I will schedule your initial consultation on Google Meet and lay out the action plan for achieving your goals and share my thoughts on your overall mobility. From here, you can decide to sign up for training or not.
If you decide to train with me after the initial call, I will onboard you to my Trainerize platform, where I give you all of your workout plans. On Trainerize, you will get an intake form to fill out with more information, and you will receive a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and a Liability Form, both of which will be returned to me after being filled out. Once that is done, you can download the Trainerize app on your phone and have all of your workouts available right there. Billing is handled when you create a Trainerize account and subscribe to the Monthly Training option.
Once you’re signed up, we will schedule a weekly call over Zoom where we will review the week’s progress and touch base on things.
